Ingredients
- 6 sheets pre-made chee cheong fun (rice roll sheets)
- 8 oz large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 3 stalks scallions, white and light green parts, sliced thin
- 2 tbsp neutral cooking oil

Whisk soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar in a small bowl until sugar dissolves.

Heat neutral oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 90 seconds.

Add shrimp to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until pink and cooked through, 3–4 minutes.
