Ingredients
- 6 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 oz squid (calamari), sliced into rings
- 10 oz fresh hor fun noodles
- 1 cup chicken or seafood broth
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 2 stalks scallions, chopped (white and green parts separated)

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering, about 90 seconds.

Add shrimp and squid, cooking without stirring for 90 seconds until edges turn opaque.

Stir in ginger and the white parts of scallions, cooking until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Pour in broth and oyster sauce, then gently add hor fun noodles and break them apart with a spoon.

Toss gently over medium heat for 2–3 minutes until noodles are heated through and sauce coats them.

Top with green scallion parts and serve immediately.
