Ingredients
- 4 pieces store-bought steamed rice rolls (chee cheong fun)
- 6 pieces beechen skin rolls
- 2 cups, roughly chopped fresh lettuce (or bok choy)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp green onion, thinly sliced

Heat a skillet over medium-high until hot, ~2 minutes. Pan-fry beechen skin rolls until edges turn golden and crispy, ~3 minutes total.

Transfer skin rolls to a plate. In the same skillet, warm rice rolls 1–2 minutes over medium heat, turning gently once.

Mix soy sauce and sesame oil together in a small bowl to make the sauce.

Arrange lettuce on a serving plate. Top with warm rice rolls and crispy skin rolls.

Pour sauce over the rice rolls and garnish with green onion. Serve immediately.
