  • 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper (freshly cracked)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (white)
  • 1.5 tbsp neutral oil

    Heat oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 90 seconds.

    Add ground pork and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until no pink remains, about 4 minutes.

    Stir in soy sauce and cracked pepper until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
