Ingredients

  • 1 bag chamomile tea bag
  • 8 fl oz milk (whole or 2%)
  • 4 fl oz hot water
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ pinch salt

Instructions

    Pour hot water into a mug and steep chamomile tea bag for 3 minutes until fragrant.

    Heat milk in a small saucepan or microwave until steaming, about 1–2 minutes.

    Remove tea bag from the mug and discard.

    Pour hot milk into the mug with chamomile, add honey and a tiny pinch of salt.

    Stir until honey dissolves completely. Serve immediately.
