Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 2 bags black tea bags
- 1 stick cinnamon stick
- 3 cloves whole cloves
- 1 inch piece fresh ginger
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp honey

In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup water, 1 cinnamon stick, 3 cloves, and 1 inch sliced ginger. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce to low and simmer for 5 minutes until fragrant.

Add 2 black tea bags and steep for 3-4 minutes, until the tea is dark and aromatic. Remove the tea bags and strain the spiced water into a clean saucepan, discarding solids.

Stir in 1 cup milk and 2 tbsp honey. Heat over medium, whisking occasionally, until steaming and frothy, about 3-4 minutes. Do not boil.

Froth the mixture with a milk frother or whisk vigorously for 30 seconds until foamy.
