Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast
- ½ cup cashews
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 red chili pepper
- 2 cups cooked rice

Cut the 1 lb chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. In a small bowl, mix the 3 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp honey.
