Ingredients

  • 4 medium carrots, cut into 2-inch chunks
  • 1.5 tbsp fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 1 whole navel orange (peeled, segmented)
  • ½ whole lemon (juiced)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave

Instructions

    Combine carrots, ginger, orange segments, and lemon juice in a high-powered blender.
