Ingredients
- 1 small head (about 1 lb) green cabbage, cored and thinly shredded
- ½ small head red cabbage, cored and thinly shredded
- ¾ cup apple cider vinegar
- ¼ cup water
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper

Slice green and red cabbage as thin as possible using a sharp knife or mandoline. Transfer to a large bowl.
