Ingredients

  • ½ head Green cabbage, thinly shredded
  • 1 medium Carrot, grated or julienned
  • 3 tbsp White vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp Caraway seeds
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

    Toss shredded cabbage and carrot into a large bowl.

    Whisk vinegar, sugar, caraway seeds, and olive oil in a separate small bowl until sugar dissolves.

    Pour dressing over cabbage and toss until every strand is coated, about 1 minute.
