- 1 lb squid rings
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper

Pat the 1 lb squid rings dry with paper towels and season with 0.5 tsp salt and 0.25 tsp black pepper.

Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the 1 sliced onion and 2 sliced bell peppers; cook until softened and lightly charred, about 8 minutes.
