  • 12 oz large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz lump crab meat
  • 8 oz smoked sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
  • 1 cup corn, fresh or frozen kernels
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning blend
  • 4 slices sliced bread (crusty baguette or sourdough) for serving

Instructions

    Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high until foaming, about 1 minute.

    Add sausage and cook until edges brown, stirring occasionally, about 3 minutes.
