Ingredients
- 8 oz andouille sausage, sliced into 1-inch rounds
- ½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ½ lb mussels, cleaned and debearded
- 2 ears corn on the cob, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp cajun seasoning
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 whole lemon, halved

Melt butter in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add sausage and brown for 3 minutes.

Pour in broth and sprinkle cajun seasoning. Add corn and lemon halves; bring to a boil.
