Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs chicken wings, separated into flats and drumettes
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1.5 tsp cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce (like Frank's RedHot)

Instructions

  1. 1

Pat wings dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt, pepper, and cajun seasoning.

  2. 2

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high until it shimmers, about 90 seconds.

  3. 3

Add wings in a single layer. Cook 5–6 minutes per side without moving until edges are deep golden and crispy.

  4. 4

Add butter, honey, and hot sauce to the pan. Toss wings to coat until glossy, about 60 seconds.

  5. 5

Serve hot on a plate or platter. Drizzle any remaining sauce over the top.
