Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken thighs, cut into 1.5-inch cubes
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ⅓ cup sweet chili sauce (jarred)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tbsp lime or lemon juice
  • 2 cups neutral cooking oil (for frying)

Instructions
