Ingredients
- 2 lbs crab legs (thawed if frozen)
- 6 tbsp butter
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 4 slices thick-cut bread (sourdough or ciabatta)
- 3 cups mixed salad greens

Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil, about 3 minutes.
