Ingredients

  • 2 lbs crab legs (thawed if frozen)
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 4 slices thick-cut bread (sourdough or ciabatta)
  • 3 cups mixed salad greens

Instructions

  1. 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil, about 3 minutes.

  2. 2

Add crab legs and boil until heated through and edges flush orange, about 5 minutes.

  3. 3

Meanwhile, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 60 seconds.

  4. 4

Stir in Cajun seasoning and cook for 30 seconds. Brush or dip crab legs in the garlic butter.

  5. 5

Toast bread slices in the same skillet, about 2 minutes per side, until golden and crispy.

  6. 6

Plate crab legs, toast, and salad. Drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the crab. Serve hot.
