Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 ears corn on the cob, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • ½ lb andouille sausage, sliced 1/2-inch thick
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 whole lemon

Instructions

  1. 1

Tear off a large sheet of heavy-duty foil and lay it on a clean surface.

  2. 2

Arrange shrimp, corn pieces, and sausage slices in the center of the foil.

  3. 3

Dot with butter, scatter garlic over top, and sprinkle Cajun seasoning evenly.

  4. 4

Squeeze half the lemon over everything, then fold foil edges together tightly to seal.

  5. 5

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, then place the foil packet on it for 12–14 minutes until you hear a steady sizzle and smell garlic and Cajun spice wafting out.

  6. 6

Carefully open the foil, squeeze remaining lemon over top, and serve hot straight from the packet or transfer to a plate.
