Ingredients
- 2 shots espresso shots
- 8 oz whole milk, cold
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 pinch cocoa powder or cinnamon for garnish (optional)

Pull 2 espresso shots (about 2 oz) into a warm 10–12 oz cup.

Pour cold milk into a metal pitcher. Heat and froth using a steam wand until surface reaches 150–155°F.

Stir sugar into the espresso shots until dissolved.

Pour steamed milk into the espresso, holding back foam with a spoon. Fill to the rim.

Top with a thin layer of microfoam. Dust with cocoa powder or cinnamon if desired.
