Ingredients

- 8 oz whole milk, cold
- ½ tsp sugar
- ⅛ tsp salt

Pull two shots of espresso (2 oz total) into a warm 8–10 oz ceramic cup.

Pour cold milk into a small pitcher. Add sugar and a pinch of salt.

Steam or froth the milk using an espresso machine wand until it reaches 150–155°F and a thin layer of microfoam forms on top.

Pour the steamed milk into the espresso, holding back the foam with a spoon. Top with a thin cap of microfoam.
