Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 oz espresso or strong brewed coffee
  • 2 oz whole milk or hot water

Instructions

    Pour sweetened condensed milk into a tall glass or cup.

    Brew a shot of espresso or strong coffee and let it cool for 30 seconds.

    Slowly pour hot espresso into the glass over the back of a small spoon to create a distinct dark layer on top.

    Top with hot milk or water poured slowly over the spoon to add a light-colored layer.
