Ingredients
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups lettuce
- 1 medium tomato
- ½ medium cucumber

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the 1 lb ground beef and cook, breaking it up, until browned and no longer pink, about 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Warm the 4 flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and pliable, about 30 seconds per side.

Divide the cooked beef among the tortillas. Top each with 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup lettuce, and a few slices of tomato and cucumber.

Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly to enclose the filling. Serve immediately, whole or cut in half.
