Ingredients
- 8 oz burrata
- 1 cup canned crushed tomatoes
- 2 tbsp pesto
- 4 slices baguette
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 leaves basil leaves

Warm the 1 cup crushed tomatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat until bubbling, about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Spoon the warm tomato sauce onto a plate, then place the 8 oz burrata in the center. Tear it open to expose the creamy center.
