Ingredients
- 8 oz burrata
- 2 cups arugula
- 15 oz canned crushed tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 4 slices crusty bread

Heat the 2 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium. Add the 2 minced garlic cloves and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Pour in the 15 oz crushed tomatoes and 0.5 tsp salt. Simmer until thickened, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Season the sauce with 0.25 tsp black pepper. Taste and adjust salt if needed.

Place the 8 oz burrata in the center of a serving plate. Spoon the warm tomato sauce around it.

Top with the 2 cups arugula and drizzle with a little extra olive oil if you like.
