Ingredients

  • 8 oz burrata
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 4 medium radishes
  • 2 medium figs
  • ½ cup microgreens
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup fresh basil
  • 4 slices crusty bread

Instructions

    Place the 8 oz burrata in the center of a serving plate.

    Halve the 1 cup cherry tomatoes and slice the 4 radishes and 2 figs; arrange them around the burrata.

    Scatter the 0.5 cup microgreens over the vegetables and burrata.

    In a small blender, combine the 2 tbsp olive oil and 0.25 cup basil; blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.

    Drizzle the basil oil over the salad and season with salt and pepper.
