Ingredients
- 2 pieces (8-10 inches each) store-bought pizza dough or focaccia
- 1 cup, halved cherry tomatoes
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- ½ cup, torn fresh basil
- 2 cloves, minced garlic
- ½ cup San Marzano tomato sauce or marinara

Heat a large skillet over medium-high. Tear pizza dough into 2 pieces, flatten slightly, and lay them flat in the hot pan.

Cook first side 3–4 minutes until the bottom is crispy and light golden. Flip and cook the other side 2–3 minutes until set.

Spread marinara on one pizza base. Top the second pizza with halved cherry tomatoes and minced garlic. Drizzle both with olive oil.

Transfer both pizzas to a serving board or plate. Tear burrata into chunks and scatter over the tomato pizza.

Tear fresh basil and scatter across both pizzas. Season with a pinch of salt and cracked black pepper. Serve immediately.
