Ingredients

  • 2 pieces (8-10 inches each) store-bought pizza dough or focaccia
  • 1 cup, halved cherry tomatoes
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • ½ cup, torn fresh basil
  • 2 cloves, minced garlic
  • ½ cup San Marzano tomato sauce or marinara

Instructions

  1. 1

Heat a large skillet over medium-high. Tear pizza dough into 2 pieces, flatten slightly, and lay them flat in the hot pan.

  2. 2

Cook first side 3–4 minutes until the bottom is crispy and light golden. Flip and cook the other side 2–3 minutes until set.

  3. 3

Spread marinara on one pizza base. Top the second pizza with halved cherry tomatoes and minced garlic. Drizzle both with olive oil.

  4. 4

Transfer both pizzas to a serving board or plate. Tear burrata into chunks and scatter over the tomato pizza.

  5. 5

Tear fresh basil and scatter across both pizzas. Season with a pinch of salt and cracked black pepper. Serve immediately.
