Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen french fries
- ½ pound ground beef
- 2 burger buns
- 2 eggs
- 2 cheddar cheese slices
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1
Preheat oven to 425°F. Spread the 2 cups frozen french fries on a baking sheet and bake until golden and crispy, about 20 minutes, shaking halfway.
- 2
While fries bake, divide the 0.5 pound ground beef into 2 patties. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- 3
Heat a skillet over medium-high. Cook the patties until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side. In the last minute, place 1 cheese slice on each patty to melt.
- 4
In the same skillet, fry the 2 eggs sunny-side up until whites are set and yolks are still runny, about 2-3 minutes.
