Ingredients
- 1 box boxed vanilla cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup chocolate syrup
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a bundt pan with butter or nonstick spray.

In a large bowl, combine the 1 box cake mix, 3 eggs, 1/2 cup oil, and 1 cup water. Beat until smooth, about 2 minutes.

Pour half the batter into the pan. Drizzle 1/4 cup chocolate syrup over it, then add the remaining batter and drizzle the rest of the syrup. Swirl with a knife.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a rack to cool completely.

Dust with 2 tbsp powdered sugar and serve with fresh berries and mint leaves if desired.
