Ingredients
- 2 packages ramen noodles (instant, without seasoning packet)
- 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon gochugaru (Korean chili flakes)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey or sugar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (e.g., carrots, cabbage, scallions)
- 2 tablespoons roasted seaweed flakes (gim)
