Ingredients

  • 2 lb chicken wings
  • ½ cup hot sauce
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 stalks celery sticks
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 425°F. Pat the 2 lb chicken wings dry with paper towels, then toss with 1 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp salt in a large bowl.

    Arrange wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with foil. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

    In a small saucepan, melt 4 tbsp butter over low heat. Stir in 1/2 cup hot sauce and keep warm until wings are done.

    Transfer baked wings to a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over and toss until every wing is coated.
