- ½ cup hot sauce
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 stalks celery sticks
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt

Preheat oven to 425°F. Pat the 2 lb chicken wings dry with paper towels, then toss with 1 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp salt in a large bowl.
