- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 large egg
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 whole lemon
Instructions
- 1
Peel and chop the 4 potatoes into chunks. Boil in salted water until fork-tender, about 15 minutes.

While potatoes cook, set up three shallow bowls: 0.5 cup flour, 2 beaten eggs, and 1 cup breadcrumbs.
- 3
Pat the 4 fish fillets dry. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- 4
Dredge each fillet in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs, pressing gently to coat.
- 5
Heat 3 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Cook fillets in a single layer until golden and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
