- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 2 large potatoes
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt

Cut the 2 potatoes into thin sticks and soak in cold water for 5 minutes. Pat dry with a towel.

Heat 1 cup vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Fry the potato sticks in batches until golden and crisp, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels, then sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt.
