Ingredients

- 1 large egg
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large onion
- 2 tablespoon butter
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoon oil for frying
- ½ ounce microgreens
