Ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp butter
- ½ cup chocolate sprinkles
Instructions
- 1
In a medium saucepan, combine the 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 3 tbsp cocoa powder, and 2 tbsp butter. Stir over medium heat until the butter melts and the mixture is smooth, about 2 minutes.
- 2
Continue cooking, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, until the mixture thickens and pulls away from the sides of the pan, about 8-10 minutes. It should look like a thick, glossy fudge sauce.
- 3
Remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes, then transfer to a buttered plate. Refrigerate until firm enough to handle, about 1 hour.
- 4
Pour the 0.5 cup chocolate sprinkles into a shallow bowl. Using your hands, roll the chilled mixture into 1-inch balls (about 20).
- 5
Roll each ball in the sprinkles until fully coated. Place on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
