Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp
- 4 stalks green onions
- 6 cups water
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil

In a large pot, bring 6 cups water and 1 tablespoon salt to a rolling boil over high heat.

Add 1 pound shrimp and 2 chopped green onions to the boiling water. Cook until shrimp turn pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes.

Drain shrimp immediately and transfer to a serving plate. Discard the cooking liquid and green onions.

In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, and 1 teaspoon sesame oil.

Chop the remaining 2 green onions and sprinkle over the shrimp.
