Ingredients

  • 4 pieces frozen waffles
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • ¼ cup blueberry jam

Instructions

  1. 1

Toast the 4 waffles until golden and crisp, about 3-4 minutes, then let cool slightly.

  2. 2

In a bowl, whip the 1/2 cup heavy cream with the 2 tbsp powdered sugar until soft peaks form, about 2-3 minutes.

  3. 3

Spread the whipped cream over 2 waffles, then top with 1/2 cup of the blueberries.

  4. 4

Place the remaining waffles on top to form sandwiches. In a small bowl, mix the 1/4 cup blueberry jam with 1 tbsp water to make a pourable sauce.

  5. 5

Drizzle the sauce over the sandwiches and garnish with the remaining 1/2 cup blueberries. Serve immediately.
