- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup ricotta cheese
- ½ cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 tablespoons butter

In another bowl, mix 3/4 cup ricotta, 1/2 cup milk, and 2 eggs until smooth.

Melt 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Drop 1/4 cup batter per pancake.
