Ingredients

  • 3 slices bacon slices
  • 2 slices bread, sliced
  • 1.5 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 large leaf lettuce leaf, preferably iceberg or butter lettuce
  • ½ medium tomato, ripe

Instructions

    Cook bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat until crispy, ~5 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel.

    Toast bread slices in the same skillet (no cleanup needed) until golden brown, ~1 minute per side.

    Spread mayo on one slice of toast. Layer lettuce, tomato slice, and bacon on top.

    Top with second slice of toast. Cut diagonally and serve immediately.
