Ingredients
- 3 slices bacon slices
- 2 slices bread, sliced
- 1.5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 large leaf lettuce leaf, preferably iceberg or butter lettuce
- ½ medium tomato, ripe

Cook bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat until crispy, ~5 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel.

Toast bread slices in the same skillet (no cleanup needed) until golden brown, ~1 minute per side.

Spread mayo on one slice of toast. Layer lettuce, tomato slice, and bacon on top.
