Ingredients
- ½ lb pork belly or boneless pork shoulder, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp black garlic paste (or mashed black garlic)
- 4 cups chicken or dashi broth
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 8 oz fresh ramen noodles
- 2 stalks scallions, thinly sliced

Bring broth to a boil in a large pot. Whisk in black garlic paste and soy sauce until smooth.

Add ramen noodles and cook until just tender, about 3–4 minutes. Stir occasionally to separate.

Heat a skillet over medium-high until shimmering. Sear pork slices 60 seconds per side without stirring.
