Ingredients

  • 8 oz biang biang noodles
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 stalks scallions

Instructions

    Cook the 8 oz noodles in boiling water until tender but chewy, about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.

    In a small bowl, mix 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, and 1 tsp sugar until dissolved.

    Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok over high heat. Add the sliced scallions and stir-fry until fragrant, about 1 minute.

    Add the cooked noodles and the sauce mixture. Toss everything together until the noodles are evenly coated and heated through, about 2 minutes.

    Serve hot, topped with extra scallions if desired.
