Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup whole milk
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp gelatin powder (unflavored)
- 1.5 cups fresh or frozen mixed berries

Pour milk into a small bowl. Sprinkle gelatin over it and let sit 2 minutes to bloom.

Heat cream and sugar in a saucepan over medium until steam rises and sugar dissolves, ~3 minutes.

Remove from heat. Add bloomed gelatin and stir until completely dissolved, ~1 minute. Stir in vanilla.

Divide mixture among 4 glasses or small bowls. Refrigerate until set, ~15 minutes.
