Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup graham crackers, crushed
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1.5 cup mixed fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)

    Whip cream cheese and powdered sugar together in a bowl until smooth and fluffy, about 2 minutes.

    In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to soft peaks, then fold into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.

    Toss crushed graham crackers with melted butter in a small bowl until evenly coated.

    Divide graham cracker mixture evenly among four jars, pressing down gently to form the base layer.
