Ingredients
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ¾ cup butter
- 2 cups mixed berries
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix 1.5 cups flour, 1 cup oats, and 0.75 cup brown sugar. Cut in 0.75 cup cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Press 2/3 of the crumb mixture into the pan. Bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden.

In a bowl, toss 2 cups berries with 1 tbsp lemon juice. Spread over the baked crust.

Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture over berries. Bake 20-25 minutes until topping is golden and berries are bubbly. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
