Ingredients
- 2 lb chicken wings
- 2 tbsp berbere spice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 small red chili pepper
- 1 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 425°F. Pat dry 2 lb chicken wings with paper towels.

In a large bowl, toss wings with 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp berbere spice, and 1 tsp salt until evenly coated.

Arrange wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with foil. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway, until skin is crispy and internal temperature reaches 165°F.

While wings bake, chop 1 tomato, 1 cucumber, and 1 small red chili pepper into small pieces. Mix in a bowl with a pinch of salt.

In a small bowl, stir 1 cup plain yogurt with a pinch of salt to make the dipping sauce.
