Ingredients
- 2 servings udon noodles
- 8 oz beef (thinly sliced)
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., bell pepper, carrot, onion)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
