- 1 lb beef tripe
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 medium onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 4 pieces flatbread

Rinse the 1 lb beef tripe and cut into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the 1 medium onion and mince the 3 garlic cloves.

In a large pot, heat 1 tbsp oil over medium-high. Add the onion and garlic, cook until soft and fragrant, about 3 minutes.
