- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 whole eggs
- 3 tbsp neutral cooking oil

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 90 seconds.

Transfer beef to a plate. Add 2 tbsp oil and remaining 3 cloves garlic to the same skillet, stir 30 seconds until fragrant.
