Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked beef chunks
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 2 medium tomato
- 2 cups lettuce
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Boil the 2 potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly, then slice into rounds.
