Ingredients

  • 8 oz Lo mein noodles (or spaghetti)
  • ¾ lb Beef sirloin or flank, thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, minced
  • 2 stalks Green onion, sliced (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. 1

Boil salted water in a large skillet. Add noodles, cook until al dente, drain, and set aside.

  3. 3

Let beef sear 60 seconds without stirring until the underside browns, then stir and cook until no pink remains, ~3 minutes total.

  4. 4

Add garlic and ginger, stir until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

  5. 5

Return noodles to skillet with soy sauce and 2 tbsp water. Toss constantly until noodles are heated through and glossy, ~2 minutes.
