Ingredients
- 1.5 lb beef sirloin
- 1 large red onion
- 2 medium bell pepper
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- 1
Cut the 1.5 lb beef sirloin into 1-inch cubes. Cut the 1 large red onion and 2 bell peppers into 1-inch pieces.
- 2
In a large bowl, combine the beef, onion, and bell pepper with 3 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, and 1 tsp garlic powder. Toss to coat evenly.
- 3
Thread the beef, onion, and pepper onto skewers, alternating pieces. Leave a small gap between pieces for even cooking.
- 4
Preheat grill or broiler to medium-high heat. Place skewers on the grill or a baking sheet.
- 5
Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until beef is browned on the outside and reaches your desired doneness (about 135°F for medium-rare).
- 6
