- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 12 oz beef sirloin or strip steak
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp butter
- ½ cup beef broth
